Dorian Bailey is an environmental scientist and sustainability leader with over 30 years of experience across environmental testing, regulatory compliance, and sustainable construction initiatives.
Her career includes leadership roles at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where she spearheaded embodied carbon reduction strategies, sustainable construction programs, and large-scale environmental compliance efforts for major infrastructure projects.
Dorian has overseen air and water quality monitoring programs, hazardous waste management, regulatory permitting compliance, and community environmental health initiatives — bringing deep technical expertise to every project.
Today, she brings this national-level experience to Western North Carolina through SCSI’s mobile, on-site environmental services.
